Reconnect African-Australian youth in South Eastern region of Melbourne back to their communities, schools, employment and further studies; and
Create hope for the future, good employment prospects, educational opportunities for African-Australian and other youths in the South Eastern region of Melbourne and other rural areas of Victoria.

Inspire and motivate youths from African background to be successful in their undertaking through "Care Africa Star Tutoring (CAST)". Click here for more information.
Reduce high school dropout rate of African-Australian in the South Eastern region of Melbourne through (CAST).
Promote and encourage positive values that involves self respect, worth and dignity (CAYMP), and
Develop inner strength and confidence to reach achievable goals (CAYMP).

- Young person in secondary living in South Eastern region of Melbourne;
- Young person who is unemployed and need direction;
- Young person who could benefit from having adult mentor (role model); and
- Young person who is at risk.
